Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship physical products within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free on all eligible physical product orders within the UK.

Which courier do you use?

All physical items are shipped via Evri.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What items are eligible for return?

Only clothing and eligible physical products may be returned, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition, and the request is made within 14 days of delivery.

Which items cannot be returned?

Food and catering items, digital products, personalised or custom-made items, and sale or clearance products are non-returnable.

How do I request a return or report an issue?

All return or issue requests must be submitted through our dedicated return request process. Please visit the return help page for full instructions and eligibility criteria.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure online payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways, and we do not store your payment details on our servers.

Do I need to pay in full at checkout?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Food & Catering Services

Are food and catering orders refundable?

No. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all food and catering purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Can I cancel a catering order?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable.

What should I do if there is an issue with my food order?

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and will be reviewed individually.

Digital Products

Can digital products be refunded?

No. All digital products, including PDFs and downloadable content, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

What if I have trouble accessing my digital purchase?

Technical access issues can be reviewed, and assistance may be provided where appropriate.

Care Services

Who provides the care services listed on the platform?

Care services are provided independently by Realtrained Care Ltd.

Does PS Market Place manage care service payments?

No. PS Market Place does not process payments for care services.

Are care services subject to this return policy?

No. Care services are governed by separate service agreements provided by Realtrained Care Ltd.

Are product images accurate?

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Order changes or cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun, especially for food, catering, or custom items.
