Delivery Area

• We currently ship physical products within the United Kingdom only.

• International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is free on all eligible physical product orders.

• Any additional charges or expedited shipping options, if available, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Courier

• All physical items are shipped using Evri, a trusted courier partner known for reliability.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days from dispatch.

• Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or severe weather conditions.

• Customers will be notified if any significant delays are expected.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.

• You can use these details to monitor the progress of your delivery online.

• If tracking information is not available, our customer service team is always ready to provide updates.

Food & Catering Services (PS Foods)

Due to the perishable nature of food and strict hygiene regulations, the following applies:

• Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable: All food-related purchases, including catering orders, Afternoon Tea services, prepared meals, and custom or made-to-order food items, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Deposits for catering services are strictly non-refundable.

• Order Issues: If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items being supplied, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

Clothing & Physical Products (Pretty Things Market UK)

• Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Original packaging must be included where applicable.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

• Refunds:

  • Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

• Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage.

  • If an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by PS Market Place.

Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)

• All digital products, including PDF cookbooks, digital guides, and downloadable content, are non-refundable.

• Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned.

• If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Care Services (Realtrained Care Ltd)

• Care services are provided independently by Realtrained Care Ltd.

• These services are governed by separate service agreements and contracts.

• Refunds, cancellations, or amendments are subject to the terms outlined in the individual care agreement.

• PS Market Place does not process payments for care services.

• For care-related enquiries, please contact Realtrained Care Ltd directly.
