At PS Market Place, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services across multiple categories, including food & catering, clothing & physical products, digital products, and care services. Due to the diverse nature of our offerings, our returns and refunds policy varies depending on the type of product or service purchased. Food & Catering Services (PS Foods)

Due to the nature of food preparation and strict hygiene regulations:

  • Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable: All food-related purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned. This includes:

    • Catering orders

    • Afternoon Tea services

    • Prepared meals

    • Custom or made-to-order food items

  • Cancellations:

    • Must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

    • Late cancellations may not be eligible for any refund.

    • Deposits for catering services are strictly non-refundable.

  • Order Issues:

    • If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items supplied, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to resolve any problems.

Clothing & Physical Products (Pretty Things Market UK)
  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

    • Original packaging must be included where applicable.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalised or custom-made products

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

  • Refunds:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return postage.

    • If an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by PS Market Place.

Digital Products (PDFs & Downloads)
  • All digital products sold on PS Market Place are non-refundable.

  • This includes:

    • PDF cookbooks

    • Digital guides

    • Downloadable content

  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Care Services (Realtrained Care Ltd)
  • Care services are provided independently by Realtrained Care Ltd.

  • Refunds, cancellations, or amendments are subject to the terms outlined in the individual care agreement.

  • PS Market Place does not process payments for care services.

  • For care-related enquiries, please contact Realtrained Care Ltd directly.

  • Reason for the request
